WinScribe will automatically send your dictation recording to your Dragon NaturallySpeaking user profile. Dragon NaturallySpeaking will transcribe your dictation into a blank Microsoft Word document and route it to a transcriptionist/correctionist. The transcriptionist can then edit or correct the pretranscribed text.

The WinScribe Telephone Author application turns your telephone into the worlds most advanced dictation-recording device. Using your touchtone keypad you can create new dictation, access previous digital dictation and review your own and others work. If allowed, the transcriptionist can sort his/her jobs to their own preference or just transcribe them in priority order.

When a transcriptionist opens a digital speech recognition job WinScribe automatically loads the corresponding text file for the transcriptionist. As the digital voice file is played WinScribe automatically highlights each word making proofreading, formatting and correction of text simple and efficient. Once the corrections are complete, WinScribe can insert the text into another application, document or document management system.
